You may cancel your personal training or diet counselling at any time; however, there are no refunds for cancellation. In the event that Ultimate Heroes Fitness And Wellness Expert suspend or terminates your account or this agreement, you understand and agree that you shall receive no refund or exchange for any unused time on a subscription, any license or subscription fees for any portion of the service, any content or data associated with your account, or for anything else.
It is the customer's responsibility to promptly provide the company with any contact or billing information changes or updates (including phone number, email address, credit card numbers, etc.). Ultimate Heroes Fitness And Wellness Expert does not validate all credit card information required by the customer's payment provider to secure payment.
In the event of any billing problems or discrepancies thus encountered, the customer ought to notify Ultimate Heroes Fitness And Wellness Expert within 30 days.
Results of personal trainer sessions are dependent on number of suggested classes in a month (at least 4) along with the trainer's advice on non-personal trainer sessions and adherence to the diet plan provided by Ultimate Heroes Fitness And Wellness Expert nutritionist.
1. At Ultimate Heroes Fitness And Wellness Expert we have a clear 'No Refund Policy'. Once fitness centre membership is purchased online on our platform, there will be no refund. Thus, the buyer is advised to make an informed decision while making a purchase on our platform.

You can walk into the Gym where you joined with a signed letter asking us to cancel your membership. Write the letter either by hand or on your computer, include the date, your full name, address, and member number. Bring it into the club manager or owner where you joined. Do not forget to sign it. Unfortunately, we cannot accept your cancellation through a phone call or email.
• Within the first three days of signing your membership agreement, you can cancel with no penalties.
• Within the first year of your contract, but after the first three days, you can cancel at any time by paying three months of your membership, or the remaining part of your 12-month membership. How can you cancel? Just bring us your cancellation letter, dated and signed, give it to the gym owner at the gym, and give us a chance to keep you as a valued part of our Ultimate Heroes Fitness And Wellness Expert Family.
• After 12 months, you can cancel with 7 day's notice by bringing a signed letter to the gym manager. Why 7 days? It just takes us that long to get everything out of our systems. Again, we want to keep you as part of our Ultimate Heroes Fitness And Wellness Expert Family and would appreciate some direct feedback to see if we can change your mind.
